Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year experience with Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to motivate and coach team members

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant experience
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
  • valid driver’s license
  • flexible availability including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory efficiently
  • ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • maintain standards of country hospitality
  • lead and motivate team during busy shifts
  • uphold company policies and safety regulations
