Asia Live will occupy a spacious 12,000 square-foot complex that features a unique open kitchen concept, allowing diners to engage directly with the culinary process and observe the preparation of their meals. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant management or similar role
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the food service industry
- proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software
- ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service and a commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- experience in hiring and training team members with the ability to foster a positive and productive work culture
- strong communication skills to lead, motivate, and effectively engage with both staff and guests
