This establishment is the first expansion of the celebrated China Live brand from San Francisco and promises to deliver the same exceptional dining experience that China Live is known for. Asia Live will occupy a spacious 12,000 square-foot complex that features a unique open kitchen concept, allowing diners to engage directly with the culinary process and observe the preparation of their meals. This dynamic restaurant aims to meld authentic and modern Asian flavors, drawing inspiration from a wide array of regions across Asia. The atmosphere promises to be inviting and culturally rich, making it a sought-after destination for both locals and visitors who appreciate high-quality food and premium service.

The Restaurant Manager role at Asia Live is a key leadership position with comprehensive responsibility for the smooth, effective operation of the restaurant. The manager will be entrusted with maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. This role requires a proactive, resourceful individual who can skillfully balance kitchen and front-of-house responsibilities. The manager will oversee staff hiring and training, scheduling, and performance management to build a cohesive and motivated team. They will also be tasked with inventory oversight, managing vendor relationships, and controlling costs related to food and labor to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

Moreover, the Restaurant Manager must prioritize compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to guarantee a safe environment for both staff and customers. Strategic duties include tracking sales performance, managing budgets, and developing innovative marketing initiatives aimed at growing and sustaining the restaurant’s customer base. The successful candidate will foster a respectful, team-oriented workplace culture that aligns with Asia Live’s vision and values. This career opportunity is ideal for seasoned restaurant managers passionate about Asian cuisine and eager to lead a groundbreaking establishment in a bustling location.
