Job Requirements
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising experience
- Knowledge of food preparation cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Leadership skills with experience in staff training team management and employee development
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as quick service fast food or fine dining restaurants
- Strong communication skills for interviewing staff supervising shifts and customer relations

Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including shift management and ensuring excellent customer service
- Train develop and motivate staff to deliver exceptional food and hospitality standards
- Oversee food preparation kitchen management and food safety practices to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage inventory control including stock rotation and ordering supplies using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production catering events and banquet services to meet guest expectations
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction
