This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.50 to $33.49, reflecting the importance of the role in our establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. This role is critical in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and enjoy top-notch service. The successful candidate will oversee everything from staff management to food quality, ensuring that every dining experience meets our high standards. The Restaurant Manager will also play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, managing inventory, and overseeing cash handling procedures.

In this leadership position, the Restaurant Manager will supervise daily restaurant operations, including managing shifts and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. They will train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional food and hospitality standards, fostering a positive team environment. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring compliance with food safety practices to maintain high-quality standards. The role involves managing inventory control, including stock rotation and ordering supplies, using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate tracking and replenishment.

The Restaurant Manager will also handle cash transactions with accuracy and maintain proper cash handling procedures, contributing to the financial integrity of the restaurant. Coordination with kitchen staff on food production, catering events, and banquet services will be essential to meet and exceed guest expectations. Monitoring restaurant performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction will be an ongoing responsibility. Job Requirements

  • Leadership skills with experience in staff training team management and employee development
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as quick service fast food or fine dining restaurants
  • Strong communication skills for interviewing staff supervising shifts and customer relations
