Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • provide consistent support and feedback to staff

  • conduct line checks in the galley to monitor food specifications
  • interview, hire, train, and orient new employees
  • prepare various operational reports including sales and labor controls
  • manage ordering of food, supplies, and uniforms
  • identify and implement operational improvements
  • approve and sign food and beverage discounts
  • ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
