We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager at IHOP, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant meets the highest standards. Your responsibilities will span managing staff, maintaining excellent product quality, and upholding cleanliness and sanitation protocols to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. Your leadership will be vital in delivering consistent and outstanding guest experiences through effective team support and motivated personnel. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of making informed decisions on staffing, inventory control, and customer service while also carrying out various administrative duties such as preparing sales reports and monitoring labor costs.

The Restaurant Manager will conduct ongoing performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and ensure all team members adhere to company policies, including uniform standards. Managing the galley through regular line checks to control food preparation standards related to weights, temperatures, and organization is a crucial part of the role. Additionally, you will oversee hiring and training processes to build and sustain a competent and motivated workforce. Your role extends to inventory management, including ordering food, supplies, and uniforms, as well as approving discounts and safeguarding the safety and security of the restaurant.
