The role of Restaurant Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill is essential to the success and growth of each location. This position is hands-on and requires a dynamic leader who can effectively oversee the daily restaurant operations of both the front of house (FOH) and the back of house (HOH). The Restaurant Manager is responsible for driving the business forward by delivering excellent service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As a Carrabba's Leader, you will be instrumental in building a team-oriented environment where employees, affectionately called Micos, can thrive, succeed, and advance their careers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining employee standards by developing personnel and holding the team accountable; cultivating the restaurant as the neighborhood's preferred dining choice by participating in local events and community activities; exercising strong business acumen to implement initiatives that boost sales, increase profits, and grow guest count; ensuring the highest quality of food presentation in a scratch kitchen setting using fresh ingredients; managing fiscal responsibilities such as inventory control, ordering, and understanding impacts on profit and loss; enforcing safety and sanitary practices to comply with health regulations; and living the company’s principles and beliefs by exercising sound judgment and making the right decisions.   • Minimum 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience
  • Experience in a full casual dining or casual plus environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience in both front of house and back of house operations
  • Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen is a plus
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to relocate is a plus
