A fast-growing, full-service restaurant group is seeking an energetic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in the Fort Worth area. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record managing revenues of $5 million or more
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Availability to work evenings weekends holidays and peak periods
- Strong understanding of restaurant financial management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute to Fort Worth area
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of restaurant management experience preferably in high-volume or scratch-kitchen environments
- Experience managing revenues of $5 million or more
- Strong, hands-on leadership with a guest-first approach

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards
- Lead and develop team members through training and mentorship
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities including serving, hosting, bar operations, and kitchen functions
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, labor scheduling, and inventory control
- Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain exceptional guest experiences
