Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven track record managing revenues of $5 million or more
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Availability to work evenings weekends holidays and peak periods
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financial management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to commute to Fort Worth area

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of restaurant management experience preferably in high-volume or scratch-kitchen environments
  • Experience managing revenues of $5 million or more
  • Strong, hands-on leadership with a guest-first approach
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand service settings
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials labor scheduling and inventory systems
  • Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work evenings weekends holidays and peak business periods
  • Ability to commute to the Fort Worth area

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards
  • Lead and develop team members through training and mentorship
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities including serving, hosting, bar operations, and kitchen functions
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, labor scheduling, and inventory control
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
