Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
- Food Safety certification (ServeSafe or equivalent) required or ability to obtain within the first 30 days
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing superior customer service

- Experience with inventory management and financial reporting preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that financial and operational goals are achieved
- Recruit, train, and manage associates to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain store standards
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is stocked to meet customer demand
- Manage the implementation of food safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Provide strong leadership to foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and motivation among staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Prepare reports related to store performance, including sales, costs, and other key metrics
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in leadership training and personal development to grow within the organization
- Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, adhering to cleanliness and food safety standards
