The position of Restaurant Manager at Panda Express plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of store locations. This role requires overseeing store activities, managing staff, and achieving financial as well as operational goals. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
  • Food Safety certification (ServeSafe or equivalent) required or ability to obtain within the first 30 days
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for providing superior customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Additional education is a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Food Safety certification (ServeSafe or equivalent) required or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing superior customer service
  • Experience with inventory management and financial reporting preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that financial and operational goals are achieved
  • Recruit, train, and manage associates to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain store standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is stocked to meet customer demand
  • Manage the implementation of food safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe environment

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Prepare reports related to store performance, including sales, costs, and other key metrics
