We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Manager to oversee the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations of our restaurant. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of Carrabba's Italian Grill by managing daily operations, ensuring a superior customer experience, and providing professional leadership to our team members. The Manager will be responsible for the appearance and presentation of the restaurant, guiding staff with minimal supervision, and reinforcing our commitment to excellence in every service detail.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of restaurant management experience and the ability to manage a flexible schedule. The Manager will contribute to staffing efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with Carrabba's brand values. Additionally, this role involves actively supporting the career development of hourly team members and implementing effective security measures to ensure a safe environment for both employees and guests.

In this position, the Manager must also ensure compliance with operational, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as all relevant company policies and governmental laws. Maintaining health inspection standards and responding promptly to guest feedback to build customer loyalty are key aspects of the job. A comprehensive knowledge of the menu and preparation standards is expected, along with engaging in community outreach and market-related opportunities to grow the restaurant's presence and reputation.

Job Requirements

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum age 21 years

Job Qualifications

  • One year previous experience in full service including bar restaurant management
  • Certification in food safety
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned region

Job Duties

  • Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Carrabba's brand
  • Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure employee and guest safety
