The role of Restaurant Manager at Dunkin' is pivotal in maintaining the reputation and operational excellence of the establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This involves not only operational oversight but also fostering a positive, guest-focused culture that drives profitable top-line sales. You will ensure that all operations within the restaurant comply with Dunkin' Donuts standards, franchisee requirements, and all pertinent legal regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

In this fulltime position, you will have the opportunity to shape the team environment by hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees, setting clear expectations and managing performance through evaluations and constructive feedback. As the operational leader, you will guarantee the restaurant is appropriately staffed for every shift, execute timely marketing promotions, manage cost controls to meet profitability goals, and participate actively in launching new product offerings.

This managerial role demands strong business acumen, including understanding profit and loss statements, tracking sales goals, analyzing financials, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, completing audits, and driving ongoing improvements aligned with Dunkin’s values.

Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have supervisory or restaurant experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant retail or supervisory roles
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage financial metrics and sales goals
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work fulltime on-site

  • Control costs to help maximize profitability
  • Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
  • Execute new product roll-outs including team training marketing and sampling
  • Set sales goals and track results
