Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred
- strong leadership skills
- organizational skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- food safety certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- excellent communication skills
- experience with inventory management preferred
- ability to work under pressure and maintain operational standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that financial and operational goals are achieved
- recruit, train, and manage associates to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain store standards
- monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is stocked to meet customer demand
- manage the implementation of food safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe environment
- provide strong leadership to foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and motivation among staff
- ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- prepare reports related to store performance, including sales, costs, and other key metrics
- assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- participate in leadership training and personal development to grow within the organization
- ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, adhering to cleanliness and food safety standards
