College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

Support the General Manager in coaching and developing team members
Create and maintain a positive and fun work environment
Identify and place 5 Star Talent in appropriate roles through effective scheduling
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
Drive sales and profitability through team leadership and operational excellence
Oversee hiring and training of new team members
Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
Promote teamwork and complete required administrative tasks
