As a Restaurant Manager at Wendy's, you will play a vital role in the success of the restaurant by utilizing your knowledge of positional skills, customer service, health and safety regulations to ensure every customer experience is a positive "WOW" moment. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help create and maintain an excellent work environment by leading and developing team members from Shift Supervisors to Crew Members. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory position
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • physical capability to stand for extended periods
  • pass a background check

Job Duties

  • open/flexible work availability and excellent attendance
  • work with management team to meet restaurant goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute Wendy's company policies and comply with food safety procedures
  • monitor food inventory levels
  • manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate shift supervisors and team members
  • interview and recommend crew members for selection in hiring
  • maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest
