Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance

Job Duties
- Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times

- Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed
- Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
- Managing daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
- Training and supervising staff members
- Handling customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
