Job Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English
  • Math and writing skills
  • Must have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
  • Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform pushing, pulling, stretching motions
  • Minimum age requirements may apply
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Serve Safe or equivalent Food Safety certification
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
  • Passion for results and guest satisfaction
  • Experience with retail or restaurant supervisory roles

Job Duties

  • Administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
  • Ensure implementation of operational standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • Operate the restaurant cost-effectively and achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Manage full P&L statement and accountability for store performance
  • Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the store team
  • Manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and lead continuous improvement efforts
