Job Requirements
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- Math and writing skills
- Must have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
- Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform pushing, pulling, stretching motions
- Minimum age requirements may apply
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in the food service industry
- Serve Safe or equivalent Food Safety certification
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
- Passion for results and guest satisfaction
- Experience with retail or restaurant supervisory roles
Job Duties
- Administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
- Ensure implementation of operational standards of quality service and cleanliness
- Operate the restaurant cost-effectively and achieve sales and profitability goals
- Manage full P&L statement and accountability for store performance
- Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the store team
- Manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facilities maintenance
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and lead continuous improvement efforts
