The Manager role at Outback Steakhouse is a dynamic leadership position crucial to the daily operations of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum age 21 years

Job Qualifications

  • One year previous experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
  • Certification in food safety preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred

  • Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
