Job Requirements
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum age 21 years
Job Qualifications
- One year previous experience in restaurant management
- Experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred

- Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Maintain high employment quality standards aligned with the Outback Steakhouse brand
- Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members
