Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of recent management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Valid Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Availability for flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
- Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
