Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of recent management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Availability for flexible working hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and equipment safety standards
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Results-driven and team-oriented leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
