The company is recognized not only for its menu offerings but also for its dedication to nurturing talent and fostering career growth within the hospitality industry.
As a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, you will play a pivotal role in steering the restaurant operations toward excellence. This role is designed for individuals passionate about the restaurant industry who aspire to lead a team, uphold high standards of guest satisfaction, and contribute to a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of the restaurant, including sales performance, team development, compliance with employment policies, and ensuring a safe and clean environment in line with food safety practices.
The position offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive salary range of USD $55,700 to USD $63,600 annually. This includes eligibility for quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits from day one, and an environment that values work-life balance with operating hours limited between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., eliminating early morning or late-night shifts.
This role is much more than day-to-day management; it involves inspiring and leading a team of professionals who are the heart of the restaurant's success. As a manager, you will oversee hiring, training, and coaching staff, ensuring team members thrive in a fun and safe workplace. Red Lobster places significant emphasis on professional development, providing an award-winning 11-week in-restaurant training program tailored for new managers, ongoing certifications, leadership mentoring, and individualized development plans that help fast track your career goals.
You will also be at the forefront of driving revenue and guest satisfaction metrics, promoting a culture of excellence and hospitality that keeps customers coming back. By fostering a positive team environment and adhering to safe food handling standards, you ensure that guests experience a memorable and safe dining experience each time they visit.
Red Lobster is committed to supporting its Restaurant Managers with resources and flexibility that respect their busy lives and career ambitions. The company values empowerment and balance, recognizing that a motivated manager is key to a thriving restaurant.
