Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail operations
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Knowledge of store operations management including scheduling cost control inventory policies
- Basic computer proficiency with POS and Microsoft Office
- Food preparation skills aligned with restaurant standards
- Current knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently or in team
- Completion of management training program
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings weekends holidays
- Willingness to work minimum five dinner rush shifts weekly
- Adherence to company meal and rest policies
Job Qualifications
- 1 - 5 years of related supervisory experience
- Successful completion of company's management training program (MIT)
- Strong working knowledge of store operations and management principles
- Basic computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Food preparation skills relevant to restaurant business
- Up to date on food safety and health codes
- Extensive experience in customer relations
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Job Duties
- Deliver high quality results through workforce planning including recruitment selection onboarding education and coaching
- Manage store operations applying KFC policies service standards and operational procedures
- Lead labor and team member management including scheduling monitoring communication planning counseling and enforcement of policies
- Build and support team through rapport coaching delegation and development
- Develop management staff and hold accountable for team and company objectives
- Monitor food beverage and service quality ensuring guest satisfaction and initiating improvements
- Oversee cash handling policies ensuring proper management and accountability of company funds
