Job Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in problem solving, customer service and decision making
- Ability to take and give direction effectively
- Flexible work availability
- Willingness to travel to other Wendy’s locations
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to handle weather-related work conditions
- Proficiency in using restaurant equipment and following brand standards
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of restaurant or fast-food industry experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee and train new team members to uphold company standards
- Handle customer issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
- Lead by example to promote a fun, fast, and friendly restaurant environment
- Coordinate staff schedules and delegate tasks during shifts
- Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages
