The role of a Wendy's Shift Manager is pivotal to the success of each restaurant location. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of restaurant work experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong skills in problem solving, customer service and decision making
  • Ability to take and give direction effectively
  • Flexible work availability
  • Willingness to travel to other Wendy’s locations
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to handle weather-related work conditions
  • Proficiency in using restaurant equipment and following brand standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of restaurant or fast-food industry experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in work schedule and availability

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient workflow
  • Oversee and train new team members to uphold company standards
  • Handle customer issues professionally and promptly
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
  • Lead by example to promote a fun, fast, and friendly restaurant environment
