Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Pass a background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • Perform administrative activities such as inventory management, processing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • Ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
  • Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • Manage employee relations and resolve guest complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
