Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass a background check including criminal, motor vehicle, and employment history

Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- Perform administrative activities such as inventory management, processing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- Ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are met while conducting line checks
- Support kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
- Manage employee relations and resolve guest complaints with professionalism
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
