Job Requirements
- Meet physical requirements for roles in career path
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing 6 or more team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Available to work minimum 30 hours per week
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
- Familiarity with tech tools and systems used in operations and scheduling
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to foster positive team culture and mentor employees
- Highly organized multitasker with scheduling and performance oversight experience
Job Duties
- Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training
- Foster a culture of trust and recognition
- Anticipate operational needs and adjust team deployment
- Provide hands-on coaching and support during peak times
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
- Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues
- Ensure a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest experience
- Act on guest experience metrics to improve service
- Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
- Support sales growth and implement business strategies
- Utilize tech systems for smooth operations
- Perform duties of Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
