Job Requirements

  • Meet physical requirements for roles in career path
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing 6 or more team members per shift
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Available to work minimum 30 hours per week
  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Familiarity with tech tools and systems used in operations and scheduling

  • Highly organized multitasker with scheduling and performance oversight experience

Job Duties

  • Partner with Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Foster a culture of trust and recognition
  • Anticipate operational needs and adjust team deployment
  • Provide hands-on coaching and support during peak times
  • Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
  • Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues
  • Ensure a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest experience
  • Act on guest experience metrics to improve service
  • Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
  • Support sales growth and implement business strategies
  • Utilize tech systems for smooth operations
  • Perform duties of Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
