Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- minimum 3 years experience managing a full-service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruitment
- must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certification
- completion of Restaurant Manager training
- excellent English communication skills
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotion
- minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruitment
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to use personal vehicle for work

Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels and implements training systems
- identifies and develops internal candidates
- ensures execution of the Service Profit Chain and 'My Promise to You'
- creates employee-friendly fun clean and safe environment
- motivates and inspires employees
- treats employees with respect and dignity
- regularly recognizes and rewards employees
- complies with labor laws and regulations
- manages daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- responds to guest concerns and ensures positive resolution
- maintains restaurant cleanliness maintenance and brand image
- analyzes operational and financial performance data
- implements action plans to improve sales and profitability
- monitors costs and adheres to budget and restaurant goals
