Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a high-end full-service dining environment
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team
  • strong operational knowledge including service flow, inventory, and cost control
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • direct and coordinate daily service ensuring smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
  • mid-to-large size restaurant management experience (200+ seats)
  • proficient in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices
  • exceptional communicator capable of engaging with up to 250+ customers per night
  • ServSafe certified or similar recognized food safety certificate
  • monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a high-end full-service dining environment
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with POS systems and restaurant accounting practices
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
  • experience managing high-volume upscale casual dining restaurants
  • knowledge of scheduling software and inventory management tools

Job Duties

  • Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
