Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in a high-end full-service dining environment
- proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team
- strong operational knowledge including service flow, inventory, and cost control
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- direct and coordinate daily service ensuring smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
- mid-to-large size restaurant management experience (200+ seats)
- proficient in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices
- exceptional communicator capable of engaging with up to 250+ customers per night
- ServSafe certified or similar recognized food safety certificate
- monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in a high-end full-service dining environment
- proven leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with POS systems and restaurant accounting practices
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
- experience managing high-volume upscale casual dining restaurants
- knowledge of scheduling software and inventory management tools
- servant leader with a passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
