Job Description

We are proud to represent a dynamic dining establishment in Miami, well-known for its high-end, casual dining experience that pairs exceptional cocktails with exquisite cuisine. This restaurant is a place where culinary artistry meets attentive service, creating a memorable environment for guests seeking quality and sophistication in equal measure. The venue boasts a spacious setting capable of accommodating over 200 seats, placing it firmly among the larger high-volume restaurants in the area, ideal for candidates with experience in managing bustling hospitality environments.

The role we are offering is that of Senior Restaurant Manager, a pivotal position that commands a strong operational focus and leadership skills in front-of-house (FOH) activities. This position emphasizes co-management of daily operations ensuring a seamless service that balances efficiency with a luxury guest experience. Candidates will join a team that values servant leadership, mentorship, and a passion for hospitality that shines through every guest interaction.

With a competitive salary package that includes robust health and dental benefits through Sigma, a 401K plan, and up to three weeks of paid time off, this opportunity represents both a rewarding career advancement and a chance to contribute to a respected brand in the Miami restaurant scene. We seek an individual with at least three years of management experience in a high-end, full-service dining environment, who is proficient in managing operational flow from inventory and cost control to optimizing table turnover.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership abilities, and the capability to confidently handle the dynamics of serving a large number of guests, sometimes exceeding 250 nightly. The position requires proficiency in POS systems, restaurant accounting practices, and preferably the use of scheduling and inventory management software. Additionally, holding a valid ServSafe certification or an equivalent recognized food safety certificate is essential.

Our client is deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. They prioritize adherence to complex and evolving labor laws and employ a thorough hiring process that respects and values varied candidate backgrounds and experiences. Joining this team means becoming part of a culture focused on customer service excellence, operational integrity, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences through cultural cuisine and hospitality best practices.
