Job Duties

  • Review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
  • Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
  • Monitor crew preparation, production, and procedural execution to manage costs
  • Track waste levels and enforce monitoring of crew procedures
  • Communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
  • Assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
  • Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft
  • Monitor product quality through customer interaction and crew performance feedback
  • Measure service efficiency and train crew to improve service times
  • Train crew in customer courtesy and solicit customer feedback
  • Establish and communicate daily sales goals
  • Train crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow cleaning schedules
  • Direct crew to correct cleaning deficiencies
  • Train crew on new products and conduct crew orientation and training
  • Assist in training new managers and cross-train crew for efficient coverage
  • Recognize high-performing crew members
  • Ensure prep and production goals are met according to flowcharts
  • Monitor inventory levels and complete physical inventory
  • Receive weekly food deliveries
  • Maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
  • Follow priorities and plans established by General Manager

  • Report accidents and comply with health department protocols
