Job Duties

  • support general manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve sales and profit growth
  • plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
  • provide development and training to employees
  • ensure menu items meet brand standards
  • maintain proper inventory levels for food and nonfood items
  • ensure guest satisfaction by directing service execution and enforcing brand standards
  • uphold compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards and preventative maintenance protocols
  • promote company values and policies focusing on safety
  • manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs and maintenance, and food costs
  • monitor local market trends and implement marketing programs
  • foster positive work environment through open communication
  • handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
  • manage conflicts constructively
  • demonstrate strong leadership skills and flexibility
