Job Duties
- support general manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve sales and profit growth
- plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
- provide development and training to employees
- ensure menu items meet brand standards
- maintain proper inventory levels for food and nonfood items
- ensure guest satisfaction by directing service execution and enforcing brand standards
- uphold compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
- maintain safety and sanitation standards and preventative maintenance protocols
- promote company values and policies focusing on safety
- manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs and maintenance, and food costs
- monitor local market trends and implement marketing programs
- foster positive work environment through open communication
- handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
- manage conflicts constructively
- demonstrate strong leadership skills and flexibility
