You will be the role model for your team, responsible for inspiring and coaching to uphold the restaurant’s high standards and friendly atmosphere. The company values growth and development, offering nearly 100 percent internal promotion for general management and district management opportunities, along with tuition reimbursement and professional development programs. Compensation is competitive, including an annual salary with merit increase possibilities and quarterly bonus opportunities. Benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid vacation begin on day one, emphasizing care for employee well-being. Financial benefits include a 401k plan with company matching contributions starting at 90 days and an employee stock purchase program. Additionally, a 35 percent discount on Cracker Barrel food and retail items provides added value to its employees.
