Job Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience leading people
  • high school diploma or GED
  • demonstrated ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
  • flexible work availability
  • willingness to travel to other locations as needed
  • ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • ability to handle outdoor weather conditions
  • ability to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead a multi-talented team under the Restaurant Manager
  • manage daily operations and staff with a focus on staffing, training, and scheduling
  • identify 5-star talent and place the right people at the right time
  • act as the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members
  • teach Dave's Legacies and the "Delight Every Customer" principle
  • support the General Manager in coaching and development
  • create and maintain a fun, inviting work environment
  • handle all people and operational aspects
  • ensure fresh food preparation and excellent customer service
  • guide Shift Managers and Crew Members to improve each shift
  • give and take direction effectively
  • contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals
