Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service
- readiness to lead and motivate diverse teams
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
