In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and inspiring a diverse team that contributes to the restaurant's unique atmosphere. You will oversee staff performance through evaluations, coaching, and appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary, ensuring that all employment policies are followed diligently. A strong emphasis is placed on safe food handling practices and maintaining a clean, safe environment for both guests and employees.

Red Lobster invests heavily in its leadership development. New Restaurant Managers receive in-restaurant training programs designed to fast-track career growth. There are ongoing training and certification opportunities, supported by experienced leadership mentors committed to helping you achieve your career goals while balancing life’s demands. The restaurant operates between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., allowing for a work-life balance that avoids early mornings and late nights.

Additional benefits include eligibility for quarterly bonuses, immediate access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance options, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching after one year, paid vacation, dining discounts, and career advancement opportunities. The culture at Red Lobster encourages development, celebrates success, and offers a workplace where your contributions are acknowledged and rewarded.
