Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage inventory and cost controls
- Knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
- Capability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues
- Proficiency in POS and restaurant management software preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment
- Passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food beverage and service excellence
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong financial acumen and experience with cost controls inventory management and budgeting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational skills
- Experience with POS systems reservations and restaurant management software is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a seamless and efficient service
- Lead train and mentor front-of-house staff fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality service and product knowledge
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu execution and adherence to BRG’s quality standards
- Monitor and manage inventory ordering and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with marketing promotions and community engagement to drive business growth
