Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service and hospitality focus
  • Ability to manage inventory and operational workflows
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage inventory and resources effectively
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality
  • Lead by example during busy shifts
