Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2-3 years of recent management experience
  • valid food handlers certification
  • valid alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
  • strong sense of urgency and leadership
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • team-oriented and results driven

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
  • food handlers certification
  • alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high guest satisfaction
