Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Willingness to relocate to Beaumont, TX (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including day, evening, night, and overnight shifts
  • Ability to complete paid training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant experience (preferred)
  • ServSafe certification (preferred)

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and overnights
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certification is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Maintain food safety, health, and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies
  • Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Monitor inventory, manage costs, and implement loss prevention strategies
  • Handle administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, and reporting
  • Foster a motivating and inclusive work environment that aligns with KFC's culture
