Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to relocate to Beaumont, TX (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including day, evening, night, and overnight shifts
- Ability to complete paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience (preferred)
- ServSafe certification (preferred)
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and overnights
- Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement
- Maintain food safety, health, and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring a positive dining experience
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and implement loss prevention strategies
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Foster a motivating and inclusive work environment that aligns with KFC's culture
