Job Description

The Salema Group Dunkin' is a respected local, family-owned franchise operating 28 Dunkin' locations across the seacoast regions of New Hampshire and Maine. Established in 1979, the Salema Group has grown to become a vital business within the community, dedicated to energizing and inspiring customers while providing excellent coffee and food service. Their commitment to local values, employee development, and community engagement sets them apart as an employer of choice. The company's close-knit ownership style emphasizes support, respect, and teamwork, fostering an environment where employees are motivated, valued, and empowered to succeed. The Salema Group's strong presence in the fast-food sector under the Dunkin' brand allows them to deliver consistent quality and service, backed by decades of operational experience and a deep understanding of the marketplace they serve.

As a Restaurant Manager within the Salema Group Dunkin', you will be a key leader responsible for driving daily operations across one of their busy locations. This full-time role offers a starting salary of $50,000 per year and requires a motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, fun work environment. Your primary focus will be to create a welcoming atmosphere both for guests and team members by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and upholding safety protocols. You will develop sales programs aimed at leveraging business opportunities, manage budgets including labor and food costs, and handle administrative responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, product ordering, inventory, and conducting operational audits.

The role demands strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be expected to guide and inspire your team while maintaining a customer-first mindset. You will also be responsible for meeting brand standards and ensuring all staff adhere to food safety regulations. The position encompasses managing a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays, typically working 40 to 55 hours per week. Reliable transportation and flexibility are essential. This role is hands-on, requiring physical stamina to manage up to 12-hour shifts involving standing, sitting, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Joining the Salema Group means becoming part of a family business that invests deeply in its staff development. Many members of the management team started at entry-level positions and advanced through dedication and consistent performance, illustrating the career growth potential within the company. Additionally, employees benefit from a comprehensive package including competitive pay, robust insurance options, a 401k program, paid time off, employee meals, and performance-based bonuses. If you seek a leadership position in the quick-service restaurant industry with a supportive team culture and a strong community focus, this opportunity with the Salema Group Dunkin' is worth exploring.
