Job Requirements

- at least one year of restaurant work experience
- proven ability to lead and manage teams in fast-paced environments
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent customer service and decision-making abilities
- flexible schedule to meet job demands
- ability to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
- physical ability to stand and move throughout shifts
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
