Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • at least one year of restaurant work experience
  • proven ability to lead and manage teams in fast-paced environments
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent customer service and decision-making abilities
  • flexible schedule to meet job demands
  • ability to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
  • physical ability to stand and move throughout shifts
  • capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
  • adherence to brand standards and guidelines

Job Qualifications
