The role available is for a Front of House (FOH) Manager, a leadership position requiring at least two years of experience managing high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments. The FOH Manager is responsible for delivering phenomenal guest experiences by leading and inspiring a team committed to hospitality and service excellence. This position demands strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate and develop team members to foster career growth and cross-training within the team. The FOH Manager will also oversee sales, profitability, and guest counts while managing the restaurant’s Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. Budgeting, labor cost control, portion management, and variance analysis are also key components of the role.

A key focus of this position is to build a culture that reflects CPK’s signature hospitality and culinary standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment through strict adherence to sanitation protocols. The FOH Manager serves as a vital link between employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Requirements
