- food safety manager certification required

Job Duties
- Supervise approximately 15-20 crew members
- ensure proper execution of restaurant operations during assigned shift
- provide guests with a great dining experience
- uphold service and quality standards
- support the General Manager in overall restaurant success
- work day and night shifts including weekends and holidays
- focus on employee selection and retention
- coach employees on guest complaint resolution
- implement the Guests First Cycle philosophy
- role model manager presence on floor and at the door
- attract, hire, develop, coach, and retain hourly employees
- maintain respectful and harassment-free work environment
- assist with recruiting and training programs
- provide timely and constructive feedback
- direct shift operations to meet operational standards
- maintain staffing levels and schedules
- monitor timeliness of service
- oversee restaurant sanitation practices and compliance
- ensure food handling and storage standards
- enforce cleanliness and maintenance standards
- assist in interpreting financial and operational reports
- identify performance gaps and develop solutions
- manage budgets
- assist with local store marketing and sales growth initiatives

- oversee cash handling and inventory management
