Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or related supervisory roles
  • Proven stability in work history with upward career movement
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Experience in developing and managing teams
  • Knowledge of restaurant systems and operational processes
  • Demonstrated track record of career progression in restaurant management
  • Current salaried management experience preferred
