As a Restaurant Manager at LongHorn Steakhouse, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring both the service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience to every guest, every time. This leadership position demands a positive attitude, a passion for exceeding standards, and the ability to bring the unique LongHorn culture to life. You will be responsible for setting clear expectations, maintaining open lines of communication, and recognizing and rewarding team members who contribute to the restaurant's success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks to drive performance while fostering a positive and motivating work atmosphere.
The Restaurant Manager at LongHorn Steakhouse leads by example, demonstrating proven ability in team development and inspiring a performance-driven culture. You will utilize knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution of operational standards. A stable work history that shows upward career progress is essential, as is having current salaried management experience, which is preferred but not mandatory. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results at the restaurant.

Vacation and flex time are generous, with 5 flex days per year plus additional vacation time based on tenure. Additionally, you can earn extra pay for working six days a week and receive quarterly bonuses tied to restaurant performance. The restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas to give you time with your loved ones during the holidays.
Other benefits include access to medical, dental, and vision insurance plans from multiple carriers starting on day one of employment. This role promises not only a rewarding career path but also a commitment to recognizing and rewarding hard work and dedication.
