Job Description

Quality Brand Group LLC is a prominent franchisee operating multiple Dunkin' locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. As a growing multi-store franchise, Quality Brand Group is committed to fostering an environment of personal growth and professional development. The company prides itself on creating a culture where passionate individuals are trained and empowered to deliver memorable customer experiences every day, one guest at a time. By promoting a friendly and respectful atmosphere, both team members and guests are treated with dignity and kindness, helping to build a strong, energized, and successful team dedicated to excellence.

The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role within Quality Brand Group. This position is tailored for a dynamic leader responsible for the comprehensive management of a Dunkin' store location. The Restaurant Manager’s duties encompass overseeing recruitment, training, and development of team members to ensure operational standards are consistently met. The role also requires close attention to quality service, cleanliness, and cost-effective store operations. Significant accountability includes managing the full Profit and Loss (P&L) statement for their store, effectively making decisions as if they own the business.

In this managerial role, the individual must exhibit strong leadership abilities, stay engaged with both customer and employee needs, and continuously drive the improvement of store operations. During assigned shifts, the Restaurant Manager is directly responsible for managing people and processes to deliver exceptional, friendly guest experiences. This involves not only supervising the preparation of food and beverages according to Dunkin' quality standards but also ensuring team members perform their duties effectively.

The position demands a leader who can provide motivation, guidance, and direction to the entire store team, whether through subordinate managers or directly. Responsibilities include employee counseling, discipline, promotion, and termination when necessary. The Restaurant Manager must focus on achieving operational excellence with a keen eye on guest satisfaction and financial targets, such as sales and expense management.

This role requires expertise in various operational domains, including purchasing, scheduling, training, maintenance of physical facilities, and effective communication. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess the enthusiasm and independence needed to lead effectively. Experience within the food service industry is mandatory, alongside certifications related to food safety, such as ServSafe. The position not only demands a strong knowledge base but also the physical capability to operate standard restaurant equipment and handle lifting and repetitive motions as required by the job.

Overall, the Restaurant Manager is a cornerstone of Quality Brand Group’s success, combining operational expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for guest service to create a thriving Dunkin' store environment. The company offers competitive salaries with bonuses, employee meal discounts, and comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance. Paid vacation is also provided, emphasizing the company’s commitment to employee well-being and professional growth. Joining Quality Brand Group as a Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a dedicated team focused on quality, growth, and outstanding customer experiences.
