Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
- Direct work of employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide and schedule training for front and back of house staff
- Supervise food production and preparation ensuring consistency with established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
