At the core of our mission is our commitment to delivering the ultimate steakhouse experience to every guest, every time. This dedication is realized through our food quality, attentive service, skilled people, and inviting atmosphere, which combine to create an unforgettable environment where guests feel valued and satisfied.
Our restaurant managers play a vital role in this success. They lead and inspire both the service and culinary teams to maintain and exceed our high standards. These leaders bring our unique culture to life by embodying a positive attitude and demonstrating a passion for exceeding expectations. They set clear goals and expectations, maintain open communication lines, and recognize and reward the efforts and achievements of team members. This leadership approach fosters a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team, which is reflected in the excellent experience that our guests enjoy. The role requires a commitment not just to management but to being a custodian of our brand culture and values, ensuring that every customer interaction epitomizes our legendary service.
This position offers variable pay, depending on the location, with additional job details and benefits that enhance the overall employment package. The salary will reflect the cost of living and market competitive rates for each location, making this role appealing to a broad range of candidates.
As a Restaurant Manager at LongHorn Steakhouse, you will lead your team by demonstrating proven abilities to develop and inspire a performance-driven culture. You are expected to have a solid understanding of the systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution. In addition, a stable working history that demonstrates upward career progression is highly valued, along with current salaried management experience, which is preferred. Your leadership will be crucial to driving the success of the restaurant, improving team performance, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Working at LongHorn means enjoying a range of benefits designed to create a balanced and supportive work environment. Weekly pay and balanced schedules ensure one weekend off per month and scheduling that fits your life, helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance. Employees receive vacation and flex time, with 5 flex days per year and extra vacation time based on tenure. Additional financial incentives include extra pay when working six days a week and quarterly bonuses tied to restaurant performance, offering an opportunity to earn more based on your team's success. Furthermore, the company values time with family, closing on Thanksgiving and Christmas to give employees a chance to be home for the holidays. Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, are available from multiple carriers starting on day one, ensuring that our team members have access to essential care. This comprehensive benefits package illustrates the company’s commitment to valuing and supporting its employees, making it a rewarding place to grow your career in the restaurant industry.
