With a strong emphasis on team culture, operational excellence, and standards, Raising Cane's prides itself on fostering a workplace where employees can grow and thrive.

The company operates a variety of fast-paced restaurant locations that require dynamic management to maintain operational efficiency, uphold brand standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager role at Raising Cane's is a pivotal position responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day restaurant operations while upholding the distinctive Raising Cane's standards and culture. This includes directing crewmembers, providing exemplary customer service, managing cash accountability, and enforcing company policies. The role requires strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant or retail management, be self-motivated, and capable of adapting quickly to new technology systems and operational changes. They should also be able to work flexible shifts that may include days, evenings, and weekends, with occasional travel for training or work-related events.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $21 to $23 per hour. Raising Cane's supports work-life balance by providing flexible scheduling options and paid time off for eligible employees. Additionally, the restaurants observe major holidays, ensuring time off for special occasions such as New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, though holiday policies may vary by location. This comprehensive benefits package underscores Raising Cane's commitment to its team members’ well-being and job satisfaction.
