Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years management experience in a high-volume full-service scratch kitchen restaurant
- Valid food handlers certification or alcoholic beverage servers certification
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen
