The company is currently hiring full-time Restaurant Managers who will play a critical role in supporting the Restaurant Leader with the daily operations of the restaurant. As part of the leadership team, the Restaurant Manager will ensure that Raising Cane’s standards and culture are upheld throughout all aspects of the restaurant’s operations during their shifts. The role demands working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, interacting directly with customers, and performing physical duties such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. Moreover, the role includes working both inside and outside the restaurant in varying temperature conditions while handling food products, allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning materials that require proper protective gear.

Restaurant Managers at Raising Cane's are entrusted with key responsibilities that include executing shift management, opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling procedures securely, and maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards. This role requires enforcing company policies, providing exemplary customer service, directing staff effectively during shifts, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
  • self-driven and highly energetic
  • completes all required raising cane’s company training programs
  • able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action
  • flexible and able to manage changing priorities

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • proficient in microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)
  • able to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management

Job Duties

  • ensures operations meet raising cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
