The pay for this position varies by location, allowing for flexibility and regional alignment, with additional details available during the hiring process. Employment includes benefits that prioritize work-life balance and rewards for dedication, such as competitive weekly pay, balanced scheduling including one weekend off per month, and generous vacation and flex time earned based on tenure. You will also benefit from extra compensation when working a six-day week and the opportunity for quarterly bonuses based on restaurant performance. Our holiday policy allows for rest and rejuvenation with closures on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
