Culver's is currently looking for passionate and dedicated True Blue Restaurant Managers to lead their teams and ensure smooth restaurant operations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of shift management to maintain high food quality and guest satisfaction. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $46,000 to $56,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional pay on Sundays and holidays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant management or similar role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and operational standards
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate and build team culture
