The Manager position at Carrabba's Italian Grill is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing both the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations. This role requires professional leadership to ensure the restaurant's appearance, presentation, and overall customer experience meet the highest standards. The Manager will assist in staffing by recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring employees while maintaining the company’s employment quality standards. Additionally, the Manager must implement effective security protocols to guarantee the safety of both guests and employees. Job Requirements
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum age 21 years
- Willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred
Job Qualifications
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- One year previous experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
- Certification in food safety preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage both FOH and BOH operations effectively

- Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Carrabba's brand
