Job Description
Hooters of America LLC is a well-established restaurant chain renowned for its unique dining experience characterized by a vibrant atmosphere, world-famous wings, and friendly hospitality. With over 450 locations worldwide, Hooters has built a strong brand identity centered around providing exceptional food and service while fostering a fun, energetic environment. The Tulsa location of Hooters continues this tradition, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience that combines excellent food, cold beverages, and attentive customer service delivered by the famous Hooters Girls. Hooters prides itself on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service, ensuring that every visitor leaves satisfied and eager to return.
The Restaurant Manager role at Hooters of Tulsa is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing multiple facets of restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and business growth. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager assists in managing hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and overall atmosphere. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual capable of motivating the team, maintaining operational excellence, and promoting the brand values: Show You Care, Elevate the Spirit, Respect Everyone, Value Feedback, and Exceed Expectations.
Key aspects of the role include managing the performance of hourly employees, particularly focusing on front-of-house staff, supporting their training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The manager will also play an integral role in recruitment and talent retention efforts, collaborating closely with the General Manager to select and hire both front-of-house and back-of-house team members. Responsibilities extend to payroll administration, human resources, marketing, financial reporting, inventory control, and vendor relationship management.
An essential part of the job is to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high-quality guest experiences. This includes leading by example in responsible alcohol service, maintaining the brand image – including the appearance and conduct of Hooters Girls – and ensuring facilities are well-maintained and meet sanitation and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager is also instrumental in executing local marketing initiatives, managing catering and to-go services, and driving sales and profitability.
Candidates for this role should have a passion for food, people, and creating fun experiences while exemplifying strong leadership and organizational skills. Hooters offers a comprehensive paid training program designed to equip managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed and advance within the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead in a fast-paced, complex environment where delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence are paramount. If you thrive in a vibrant hospitality setting and are eager to become part of a beloved national brand, Hooters of Tulsa invites you to apply and showcase your talent in a place where everybody looks good in orange.
