We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to lead our vibrant teams and ensure that every guest interaction lives up to our high standards. This is a full-time salaried position offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year with weekly pay and eligibility for quarterly bonuses. The role involves overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and cultivating an engaging and motivating work environment.
As a Restaurant Manager at Yard House, you will be the cornerstone of our success, driving both business outcomes and employee satisfaction. You’ll be expected to lead by example with a strong passion for culinary excellence and superior guest service. Your ability to develop and inspire your team will be crucial as you manage all aspects of restaurant performance, from scheduling and inventory control to implementing health and safety standards and driving sales growth. The position requires strong organizational skills as well as a deep knowledge of restaurant systems and processes that promote efficiency and quality execution.
Yard House also highly values work-life balance, offering a maximum of 50 work hours per week and at least two days off. Additionally, managers enjoy substantial paid time off of up to three weeks within the first year and receive immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
